His 22 years in the military and as a builder gives him a valuable balance of leadership, technical skills, and creativity, which shapes our perspective as a team and influences many of our client projects. Matt and HighPoint Design Build Group pride themselves on loyalty, dedication, and integrity in everything they do.
Dave Hoffman
Design Partner/Creative Director
Dave joined HighPoint with a background of over 25 years of design and construction experience. He is involved from the onset of the project through construction; maintaining the client’ vision and creating innovative design solutions that reflect who they are. He has a passion for problem solving and creating spaces that demand emotion.
Chrissy Kestly
Office Coordinator & Realtor
Chrissy is an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. She has more than 20 years of experience in residential construction and real estate. As a realtor, her valuable knowledge of the area and market assists our clients with the initial step of the building process, while being able to assist in a vast range of areas.
Shelly Stoll
Marketing Manager
Shelly brings more than 20 years of graphic design and marketing experience to HighPoint. She’s a creative marketer who finds delight in creating compelling content. Shelly is responsible for telling our story and creating the corporate brand. Fun fact, Shelly and Chrissy are sisters, and that dynamic brings energy and stability to a fast-changing environment.
Wil Burr
Production Assistant
Wil is hardworking, motivated, and always willing to support his team. He is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient construction site while also supporting the overall project doing various tasks to aid daily operations. We are super excited about the curiosity and prospect Will brings to our team.
